Livestock

Magnetic treatment to water can be applied to raising livestock.

Washing the udder of cows by magnetically treated water allows to completely eliminate mastitis in cows.

Feeding your livestock with magnetically treated water, allow you to;

• up to 14% increase of milk yield
• up to 23% increase of milk fat content
• up to 20% increase in milk viscosity
• up to 31% increase of average daily weight gain of young animals
• significantly extend the productive period of the dairy herd

Milk

Milk is mainly magnetically treated by via steelMilk which allows to deliver an economic effect of up to 30% - half of the average total economic effect (excluding new final products) of using magnetic technologies in the dairy industry.

For enterprises that work with milk powder utilising magnetic treatment of milk allows to significantly increase the solubility of milk powder – twice quicker and better taste.

Water

In Transit

Magnetic treatment can be used in milk transportation and storage by magnetically treating milk.

This allows to delay of milk aging in intermediate tanks (storage stability) at all stages of production, providing at least a 5 hour increase at each stage without increasing the milk microbial content.

Even in raw milk, the increase in the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms is severely reduced - in the 4 hours following treatment the increase is below 7%. This can serve as form of insurance for delays in transportation of raw milk.

Final Product

After a dairy product is made by way of magnetically treating milk and water across the entire supply chain, you get a product that is healthier and has significantly improved taste properties. Such products also have a double or even triple shelf life.
